i know that all the qataris are not the same. and i discussed this rude attitude tht sum qataris have towards expatriates with a qatari friend .n he told me tht sum qataris see the other expatriates as follows:
1) They c the expatriates lower than themselves.
2) They c them taking the jobs that they are supposed to have.
3) They have the attitude of sum kind of Greek God or sumthing.
But overall there are still a few like my friends and colleagues who arent like that and maybe thts y they r my friends. :)
