Dear Scarlett I feel saddened that you and your chum had to go something so tramautic....

The poisoning in more residential areas i have heard of.... some people here are very scared of dogs so they poison them....
The whole pet thing is a culture us expats are bringing into Qatar.... and well i guess some appreciate it and some dont.

Its just totally the wrong answer though.... Oh dear.
