Just give the authorities a little time to investigate the matter uptill now no hardcore prooves put on tables confession of a one terrorist is simply not enough to declare war between two nations.
The world has to see that what hardcore evidence is provided by India and what action in this regard is being taken by Pakistan before anticipating anything.

Its very easy to say that Pakistan in involved, will you please specify whether its Govt of Pakistan or certain elements from Pakistani soil coz if its Pak Govt you can protest or else join hand with Pakistan to fight terror keeping dignity of each other.
But if we want to continue on blame game is Pakistan has ISI so do India has RAW and purpose and agenda of both organisations is very much clear to rest of the world so both parties can quote dozen of incididence on this topic.
