mr1968 unfortunately i am not talking about individual, what saddened me is not an individual behaviour but a crowd of people...about 10 ore more...while all the expatriates who waited for hours watched they have been allowed to get first numbers and non of them came early but just 10 or 15 minutes before the opening. while we came about 2 hours before the opening.
