The bottom line is that Qataris don't respect its own country or residents, so why should others respect them?

Latest incident: My cube-mate's car got hit driving to work by a Qatari making an illegal left turn. The Qatari sped off, cutting between other vehicles and creating a dangerous situation with other motorists before he could catch up with him. Oh well, at least it's a company vehicle.
