As muslims believe in the Abrahamic religion. Most of the tradition, customs and practices in Islam are actually from the Abrahams religion, which is also practiced by the Jews. So as far as my understanding it is obligatory for all Jews and Muslims to circumcised.

By the way Jesus was circumcised.. Because Jesus was born a Jew.
