If I were you, I would follow a different approach. advertise in the newspapers (mainly Gulf Times and Al Sharq) your requirements. I bet you will get tons of villas. The problem is creatd by the brokers who signed 3 to 5 years contracts with the landlords and were expecting to harvest gold. now the brokers are in deep trounble and still trying to hold the rents up
