Pakistani (F) - 5K

As per market trend it should be 18-20 for:

1. MBA in Banking & Finance
2. 11 years experience (major in bank then in Ras Gas)

I know that no one forced me to sign this offer & this was all on my own but at least the management should be professional enough to see that the junior is getting 3 times more than the senior officer.

I am facing two problems here one smoking second payment problem & have already started looking for an alternative but I would be happy if I retire from this job by age 60 :)
