No way a decent guy can tolerate the attitude of the Garbage Truck syndrome.. A normal person will show some anger if he has been hard doen.. But guess the real reason is why th Cabbie smiled is coz it is not his car and he has to be careful..

In the UK it called Road Rage and ppl have been murdered over this kind of Garbage Truck attitude.. SO plz stay well away from my car...lol
