Recent posts and tracks are there. BUt can be easier if..

1. The track button to be in the menu ( now you have to go to my account to find it)

2. When you post in a thread, the page appears is the first page of the thread, if the last page comes instead you can view your post and new posts if any imemdiatly avoiding another click for the last page again.
