The employer ( if he has solid source )of the company where your husband employed can help you applying visit visa in his personal name with special permission from naturalization dept or if you have any relatives ( blood relation ) like father,mother,brother or sister then they can sponsor you and your kids as Qatar Air Ways tourist visa status or contact some hotels for tourist visa but it is little expensive. All status visas can convert to family permanent status paying 500 QR. So there is no any problem.

The name of the company ( sponsor )in Kuwait and Qatar should stand same. for an example Hyundai in kuwait and Hyundai in Qatar. If the immigration authorities come to know that it is a mother or sister concern then you can keep dual RP providing some required docs and fee to the immigration.
