hi, babyshop has branches in the City Center,Al-Ashmak Mall(CenterPoint) and there is one branch near the Mannai Round-About.Well they have a reasonable prices & i think they have enough baby items that you may need.Check also Mother Care(in villagio, the mall, landmark & citycenter).Goodluck!!!
