If you stay more than one month on work visit ( 6 months ) visa then you need exit permit to leave the country and the work visa will be cancelled automatically when you exit doha and no need to cancel. More over if you want to come back keeping the same visa you have to obtain a return visa paying two hundred riyals to the immigration department.
