To be fair, HSBC overall is a very good bank. It has very good service in Hong Kong, China, Malaysia, Singapore and most parts of Asia Pacific.
It is only here that it really sucks. It is the bad attitude of the people working (no customer service, not interested in job, chatting away, no proper attention, ....) at the bank, not the bank itself.
