Gym, sauna, and pool are fantastic, there is a bar with non-alcoholic drinks and snacks right near the swimming pool. A lot of Lebanese on weekends and it's sucks. Kids' playground is relatively OK but kids' swimming pool is still not working. There is a new seafood restaurant opened but quite expensive. A new grocery store will be open soon in Tower 2. Free shuttle bus only for residents from Ezdan going to City Centre. Ezdan babysitters and Ezdan limousin drivers available on call - they charge less if you are a resident and it's so cool if you have kids! Call the reception and they send you a babysitter and you can go out with your husband!
Apartments are quite big, the finishing is chip, kitchen appliances are all brand new however the kitchen itself is too small!
Overall, despite all negative points in Ezdan there are a lot of positive points that made us to stay in Ezdan.
