this kind of behaviour is expected from these type of kids who roam around without a guardian. u really think they ll behave in tht way,if they had their parent with them. i doubt it. i blame the parents , who havent taught their children to behave / irrespective of the nationality. but yes its a true fact tht its commonly seen among the local boys.
