are wrong ;-) specially those who jump into argument without knowing or reading the Terms and Conditions..
This happened with me while I was in UAE. I had a bank loan after 1 yr the bank increased the interest rate by 1%. I made a big fuss out of it but later bank showed me the copy of 'Terms and Condition' where I signed and agree that bank has right to increase the interest rate as per the market anytime.
So being a customer and I had to live with that rule till i paid off all the loan :-(
Since then I am very caution, I read in detail then I act accordingly :-)
