i am Arab, and i am replying for a person who think he knows something, Arabs are not all Bedouins, some countries have old rich civilizations like Europe,so please read more books.
and if you are talking about GCC citizens, like in other nations, educated people act differently, very nice and helpful,but unfortunately the maids are raising the kids, and the maids are not always educated, and the parents are busy with the new lifestyle, because of that you see the naughty kids, it is not an excuse, they should do something about it, i agree.
