I agree with you people. Most of the good jobs with high pays are filled by relatives/friends of those cunning people in those organization. Reference and recommendation is key player in getting job these days in Qatar and elsewhere in gulf area. Skills, qualification and experience has no much meaning in front of your PASSPORT and commendation.
