If your having masters degree in engineering and 17 years petrochemical with one year of gas experience then the offer is good. if you have total 17 years gas experiance then the total offer except furniture allowance should be near to 45k. As some one written the other gas companies like rasgas, qatargas ... paying more than qp by giving good housing facilities.
