I hate to disappoint you but it's perfectly normal everyone to be allowed into a mall, isn't it a public place?

Not the best way to go, just thinking about a country where there is a dress code that imposes restrictions to women clothing because the men on that country can't resist a naked shoulder....(even if not all national males are like this it's still pretty sad).

It happens all the time, only differences are that i don't have a daughter but a 6 year old niece, and i don't mind people to look, it doesn't pay taxes, besides, men will all look if someone like Claudia Schiffer walks by, or in ladies case if a guy looking as Brad Pit passes by them, they'll look.
