I don't know, I feel that these landlord are crazy people, I have not seen any people like them anywhere in world... demand and supply works every where but here it seems... that houses are plenty,, demand is plenty.. but they don't want to rent... and keep them empty to push the price high... I hope government should solve the problem in the interest of both parties.
