Finally I have been offered with the package from KM as follows.
Grade 11.6
Basic 23000/-
HRA 14000/-
Transport 2000/-

Is this a decent offer. Is it possible to negotiate. What do u think/ And how about the grading system? Are u aware of this/ Please let me know the same.
