1- no watchman in the building
2- no one is answering his phone (spend 2 days to get in contact with someone)
3- no one to call for maintenance
4- they did not keep their promise of fixing the A/C for 2 weeks
5- they have originally offered the apartment for 5500 (2BR SF), then they increased it to 6500
6- met 3 other people have the same exact suspicious, but did not talk then.
7- last Friday someone came to the building and change all the apartment's locks, lately I knew that the owner did not get his 2nd check, so he changed all the locks.
