I found one site, namely http://www.mosque.com/ , which appears to be there by mistake - it is clearly a well-written introduction to English speakers wishing to learn about Islam in a serious way, written by practicing Muslims.
“We are secular Muslims, and secular persons of Muslim societies. We are believers, doubters, and unbelievers, brought together by a great struggle, not between the West and Islam, but between the free and the unfree.”
Hardly an ‘anti-Islamic’ site, although some, but not all, of it’s proponents are Islamic apostates.
I would conjecture that a third of the sites that one could open would not be called Anti-Islamic sites. Approximately 10 were blocked by Qtel.
:)

After reviewing all the sites, something I shouldn't think Nasheedz has done, though I am happy to be told differently, they fall into 5 broad areas:
1 - Those that are blocked by Qtel
2 - Aggressively anti-Islamic sites, whether non-religious or Christian in Origin.
3 - Those that are just Christian sites wishing to answer Muslims questions about Christianity.
4 - sites run by Muslims that are against the Salafist agenda.
5 - One academic history paper that explores the roots of the Qu'ran. see:

I found the most personally refreashing site to be http://www.centerforinquiry.net/isis with its declaration of:
