Give this to the authorities and get them to put a stop on a % of your future earnings and have it direstlt paid in to your Qatar bank account before it comes to you - called a Direct Debit or Standing Order in the UK, don't know what they are called in the States.
I know this sounds logical, and that doesn't always work here, sorry if you have already been down this route.
