Glad to see that marhabtain is back to his 'normal' self.

Talking of black sausages, the king of them all is the 'black pudding' from Bury.

It's called a 'pudding' but to all intents and purposes it's actually a sausage, and it's made of all the usual sausage ingredients.

It's mainly pigs blood and innards wrapped in a skin of pigs intestine, and there is no need to tie a brick to it to make it black.
