than just saying “it’s my choice to smoke as well as my right” as a smoker. I believe in people’s rights to make choices for themselves but how is a non-smoker supposed to be able to “choose” fresh, untainted and non-toxic air when a smoker is exercising his “right” to smoke and lights up right next to you? The rights of smokers infringe more on the rights of non-smokers than the other way round wouldn’t you say?
