I am not sure if this would never happen in Qatar. It supposedly did about 6 years ago, the bartenders in the Intercontinental were seducing english ladies, but the motive was not personal. They were taking them to parties where the bartenders were paid for bringing them. Apparently they were all sacked. I think they were all just getting their jolies, young arab men and older english birds :)

All joking aside it is against many major hotels policy to "bed" the customers, especially on premises.
