1) I have been interviewed for Senior Engineer's post. So is this the maximum basic salary of 16,000/- which they offer for this post. Is this negotiable. If it is so, what is the maximum range of basic for senior engineer.
2) Housing allowance - Is this fixed?
3) Transportation - again is this fixed?
4) Any other allowances leaving out the above?
5) How about the contract period? Is it contract basis or permanent?
6) I think medical insurance too is provided in KAHRAMAA.
7) How about education allowance. Is the price fixed on yearly basis or do they give a lumpsum amount on yearly basis. Can we go for british school?
8) How is the working atmosphere in KAHRAMAA for expats?
9) How's the feature and growth in KAHRMAA?
10)Are there annual increments? If yes, what is the percentage they give on the basic?
11) How about yearly bonus?
12) How about annual vacation and for how many days?I hope they give paid roundtrip for the complete family once in a year.
13) How about the job guarantee?
14) On top of all, is the salary negotiable. If yes, what can I expect as a lumpsum offer as already I am getting paid 30,000 dirhams in Dubai. I can provide the salary proofs and bank statments at the time of negotiation. Will they provide me with a better salary if they see my papers.
