I think it was The Peninsula that ran a story about kids in cars and even had some "undercover" photos (including a baby on the parcel shelf of one car). But the government needs to step in and really force the message home. The poxy little signs they have in a few place around town really aren't going to achieve much. You can't even tell what the pictures are on some of them.
