you are right. but having it missing key pads after 3 days is not considered a warranty issue. This is considered a manufacturing defect and should be replaced without question.
Unfortunately. Ministry of Commerce is keeping its eyes closed about protecting the consumer. They are just happy with some stickers they kept in the malls
