I have found my husband big sneakers (size 15 US) at Addidas in Villaggio and also the Sports Corner stores usually have larger sizes too. For clothes, it's not the cheapest route, but sometimes we use Aramex Shop and Ship and order from Old Navy online. They have a good big and tall selection.
