Are the restaurants & cafes etc actually ordered by the government to close during the day, or do they just do it cos it makes financial sense
Similarly, is there an actual law or something that says you're not allowed to eat, drink, smoke etc in public during day light hours of Ramadan, or is it just an assumed rule?
