Apparently intentional. It was a Syrian lorry driver, and I am not sure but there was a dispute and the driver took out a knife and cut off his head!!!! Barbaric.

The reason I heard this was because our company was informed that Syrians from specific places in Syria were not permitted to enter Qatar because of this incident.

What in the name of God would possess someone to do something like this? No matter what happened between them.
