Qataris are not encouraged to learn medicine in Arab countries anymore
so ......they learn it in Europe, Canada, USA with their respective languages.

i don't agree with you on this point because Saudi are very briliant especialy in medicine. and are you saying that Qatari Doctors are not good??? i didn't get your point...
