Second of all, Doctors learn medicine in English in almost every country in the world outside of china. Particularly in the middle east, pakistan and india.
Qatar is not like saudi.. but I would say that even saudis are unable to push themselves through in medicine. Added to the fact that arab women are some of the hardest workers in the gulf particularly in medicine!
So if the nurses are saying such things about their superior then perhaps they should be reported and fired! As it is wrong and unprofessional.
In my opinion, nurses lack the professional quality to know what and what not to say! And often volunteer their opinion unneccessarily.
