Has anyone seen a 12-15 ish young man driving around in landcruisers here? The legal age for driving is 18 I think but we were smashed into by a 13 year old boy last year.
Bottom line... the drivers are uneducated, by driving test I drove 400 meters, he told me to turn right, when I did the road was a dead end. The guy thought he was smart and said "AHA!!! The road ends" like I made some vital driving error. I just told him "You told me to turn right" and that was it lol.
Also, it comes down to no enforcement of the law here. This is one of the only things I despise here (and before anyone starts, please dont tell me if I dont like it here to go home :S)
