QATARIS and OTHER DOCTORS have to go through the residency which depends on which speciality you choose (it ranges from 4-5 years roughly)
They are trained during this period, they go through annual departmental exams and THE BOARD exams, if they fail, they will be kicked out of the department. as simple as that.
So don't give me this bullshit (they have their positions because they are QATARIS).
And this doctor doesn't need to know english to treat you, she can bring a translator.
so tell me when she get an indian or nepali patient who doesn't speak english, what shall she do???learn indian or nepali???? of coarse she will get a translator......
