I am starting to wonder if I can actually put a price tag on my dignity. And again, I need to stress I am not slamming the general population but find it curious as the majority of offenders are local. I can tell you, I never had any of this stuff done to me by lets say... a Phillipino or Indian... and you know why? They wouldnt get away with it, the police would be all over them like white on rice.
