We all respect the culture and tradition of Qatar.
MOST of the traffic violations , rash drivers are Qataris.. no doubt.. MOST of them are rude too.so learn defensive driving and get used to live with it cause we expats cant afford the huge fines..
Solution ; Increase the traffic violation fines by 300% to Qataris , existing ones are peanuts for them . But its few months savings for an expat so they cares.
Cannot generalise..Cause there are many Qataris who are very nice and gentle too.
