i dont agree at all with your points....it isnt Qataris who mainly violate traffic rules.... it would be easy if it were.

and a lot of people get shafted here by poor middle management and middle men who certainly are not Qatari

as far as harassment goes in 5 years I have never been pestered by a Qatari..
