Why is it outrageous?

1) You have to have a permit

2) Getting a permit isn't that easy

3) Your gun is registered

4) They are meant for rifle shooting and not for protection.

5) You are not allowed to brandish a weapon while in a car

6) Ammunition isn't allowed to be left in a car.
