The thing about this is that If a woman asks for money it is better to give her but not that big amount at one time.The prophet mohamed (pbuh)advised that if a woman comes to you asking for money do not refuse her since it is betere than here getting that money from and illicit way(that selling herself.some women are genuine beggars and others aren't but how are we to know.Some women like I siad would feel ashamed to beg but would illicitly in hiding sell themeselves to feed their young or themselves. I often see women in the Mosques with kids in hand begging.some are genuine and others beg as a habit and a very bad one too.
