others r right btw.. the pay is not good at all in the big 4 consulting side.. but u can get the name and the experience and benefit from it in the future.. it really depends on ur career graph as well.. some people join big 4 to get the name recognition.. other than that i can tell u E&Y has most of the market share in qatar.
