Ksa, not if you want to live in a stand alone villa that'll cost you 30k a month. It's all relative and no one can tell him if it's a good salary or not. He needs to draw up a budget, understand how much things cost and then decide.
46.5k is wonderful for some people (like me, lol) but I understand if some people don't think it's enough.
