Rasgas isn't the only company that won't hire certain nationalities. I know of a few that won't hire various nationalities, because they know that once a manager from a certain background gets into a job, he will only hire people from the same background. It ruins any chance of diversity in the workforce, and it means that certain candidates will get overlooked.
