Your question addresses an isolated cases but you are making it something common in all Muslim countries.
as far i as know most of Muslim countries people can worship freely Qatar being the latest to build charges for their expatriates, secondly most Muslim countries have not much non Muslims and the minority non Muslims practice freely.
I acknowledge that in isolated cases there are pressures for non Muslims and that is often happens because of ignorance or political gains.
