1st thing i wanna say is that rapes happen everywhere in the World, so, it's not a surprise that it happens also there, if you all remember the suggestion i gave on another topic at culture, politics and religion, i said that the best way for muslims to show that they don't fall when tempted would be stopping the restrictions on clothes, with all the information available in the web, men have sexual dreams and when living on a conservative country, thoose dreams must be kept hidden and this just shows that Ramandan ain't a true test to the chances of falling if tempted.
