Your statement is incorrect, even if in practice it might sound as such. The first word in Quran is "Read" i.e do your research, ask the knowledgeable, contemplate, think, use your mind. All these are clearly used all over the Book.
Don't be misled by those who claim "These are commandments"..."Allah said that, I don't know the reason". When you wholly trust in someone and you're short of knowledge or reluctant to ask, you will follow blindly. One still feels safe.
In Him (Allah)I trust, but I'm always loaded with questions, and never shy to raise them. The problem is that answers are, in so many cases, are falsified or carry personal tendencies. And there lies the real danger.
Best to consult the Book, and do hard work to get the right answer.
